Since 1 January 2026, B2B invoices between Belgian VAT-registered businesses must be issued in a structured electronic format (EN 16931 standard, Peppol BIS 3.0) and sent over the Peppol network. A PDF attached to an e-mail is no longer enough. KROLYX generates and transmits these invoices — nothing changes in how you work.
From 1 September 2026, every VAT-registered business in France must be able to receive electronic invoices. The obligation to issue applies to small businesses and micro-enterprises from 1 September 2027. KROLYX is in the process of registering as an accredited platform and supports you through both deadlines.
